Hitech Spin Galvanizing is a specialized business unit of Hitech Steel Industries, based in Riyadh. We operate Saudi Arabia’s first dedicated centrifugal galvanizing line for small steel parts, a purpose-built alternative to traditional wire hung, gravity-drain galvanizing methods.
Our facility processes bolts, nuts, washers, clamps, anchors, fittings, brackets, and complex-shaped components up to 3 kg. Every batch goes through an automated pretreatment sequence, robotic hot-dip immersion, and high-RPM centrifugal spin to deliver a uniform, thread-safe zinc coating compliant with ASTM A123 / A153 requirements.
